Reclaim the SOL locked in your empty token accounts

Every token you've ever held reserved a small storage deposit — about 0.002 SOL per account. When the token is gone, that deposit stays locked until the account is closed. We find those accounts, you approve, and the SOL returns to your wallet.

How it works & common questions

What is Solana rent, and why do I have SOL locked up?
Solana charges a refundable storage deposit ("rent") of about 0.002 SOL for every token account your wallet creates — one per token you've ever held. Selling or sending the token away doesn't close the account, so the deposit stays locked. Closing the empty account returns the deposit to you. That's all this tool does.
Is this safe? What exactly do I sign?
This site is non-custodial: it never sees your private key and cannot move anything on its own. It prepares unsigned transactions; your wallet shows you each one and nothing happens unless you approve. Before any signature request, this page also decodes the prepared transaction in your browser and checks instruction-by-instruction that it only closes/burns the exact accounts you reviewed and sends the disclosed fee — if anything doesn't match, it refuses to continue. Tokens with verified market value never even appear in the burn list, so there is no code path here that can burn them.
What does it cost?
The service fee is 15% of the SOL recovered, included inside the same transaction you approve — never a separate charge, never charged if nothing is recovered. Example: closing 10 empty accounts recovers ≈ 0.0204 SOL; ≈ 0.0031 SOL is the fee and ≈ 0.0173 SOL lands in your wallet. Your wallet's own preview will show the same net amount before you approve. Network fees (paid to Solana, not us) are roughly 0.000005 SOL per transaction.
What's the difference between closing and burning?
Closing applies to empty accounts — they hold zero tokens, so closing them destroys nothing and returns the deposit. It's safe by definition. Burning destroys a token balance forever so the account can be closed. We only ever offer burning for dust (verified ≈ $0.50 or less) or, with extra safeguards, tokens whose price can't be verified. Burning is optional, never pre-selected, and permanent.
Why do some tokens say "unknown price"?
We check DexScreener, Jupiter, and GeckoTerminal. If none of them can price a token, we say so — we never treat "no price found" as "worthless". Unknown tokens are excluded from bulk selection and each one requires its own explicit confirmation to burn.
Can a burn be undone?
No. Burning is permanent. There is no undo, no recovery, no support ticket that can bring a burned token back. That's why nothing is ever pre-selected and why the final confirmation lists everything that will be destroyed, sorted by value.
My scan is taking a while — is something wrong?
Large wallets take longer: we look up every token account you own across both token programs and check prices for each balance. A wallet with thousands of accounts can take a minute or more. The scan is read-only, so waiting (or leaving and coming back) risks nothing.
Which wallets and tokens are supported?
Any wallet that implements the Solana Wallet Standard — Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, OKX and others — on desktop or inside the wallet's mobile in-app browser. Both classic SPL tokens and Token-2022 accounts are detected and closable.
How do I know I'm on the real site?
Fake "rent claim" sites that drain wallets are common. This tool lives at soledge.io only — check the address bar before connecting, bookmark it, and never trust links from DMs or replies. If a site asks for your seed phrase, it is a scam, full stop — no legitimate tool ever needs it.
